I have been working with Deborah for the past two years, purchasing jewelry for the shop via her internet set up.  I have loved it!  This on line process allows me to speak to Deborah directly and to see exactly what I am buying. Deborah, through this program, is able to carry on a dialogue with me as she shows the jewelry at all angles, makes suggestions and quotes prices.

This way of doing business has allowed me to have access to her and her inventory whenever I need new merchandise and has eliminated the need to go to Las Vegas to see what's new.

I would highly recommend this way of communication and purchasing.

I just had my first "V-BY" experience with Deborah. It was a new experience, and being a techno-peasant made it a little scary at first.

Deborah not only took the time to explain how it worked, she made it easy. 
This new technology should have been in our industry years ago.  I chose to make it a party at my home with my staff and have popcorn and libations to make it fun and we all had a blast! It made buying fun and was team building at the same time. This is a great alternative to housecalls for both the salesreps and house staff.

I am very excited to report to you and Tim that I have completed my first sale on V-By. I have been practicing within my office for about 3 weeks and getting very confident at working the controls and understanding the concept of
V-By.

Last week my customer called me and asked if my Texas Rep would call her because she needed to fill in some Ear Charms. I suggested V-By to her and she had no idea what it was, but she was very excited to make an appointment.

It worked perfectly, she couldn’t get over the clarity of the Jewelry. I got orders for 3 and 4 of a kind.
I must say I was thrilled with the results and the amount of the Sale. My customer was so impressed with V-BY
she may put it in her store for her own customer sales.

Tim and Deborah asked me if I would work for V-By doing demonstrations during the JCK Show 2010. To do so, they said I would have to use the computer to show the V-By process to interested customers. The extent of my computer savvy is using email, playing games and trying to look things up on the Internet. I spent an hour a day for 3 days training with Tim and learning how to operate the system. It was easy to use and kind of fun. If I could use the system anyone can.
While doing the demonstrations I could see and hear that customers were impressed with both the clarity of the picture and that it was live and interactive.
The fact that I could see the jewelry better with V-By than my naked eye impressed me most! In my opinion V-By is a great system. It's easy to use and Tim and Deborah are great to work with.

The webinar was brilliant! One hour seemed like 15 minutes! Great presenters, great information, I was making notes the whole time. I can't imagine any manufacturer/rep or retailer not being able to see the obvious benefits of V-By. As a retailer I think there is a whole segment of our local population that could be very lucrative clients, that we are not reaching because they have no time to come into the store, or are not motivated to come in because they are more comfortable shopping on the computer. Since the webinar I've been thinking about all the professional people I know who are too busy to come into the store, who could be great clients. A very personal presentation of several items, maybe even items we know their spouse has been looking at, in the privacy of their office computer, you can't lose. I know many of these clients shop online now, so to have even better customer service, and from a local store would be a winning combination.Congratulations to Deborah and Tim for all of your hard work. Boy are you on the right track!

Just an update.  I did a V-by today with my customer. They were very impressed with the graphics and the ability to see the "3" dimensional aspect of our merchandise.
They bought $9500 (and yes, I was wearing jeans and a nice blouse!)
